About Lake Cody

Lake Cody is a family owned and operated campground located in Northwest Ohio.  Lake Cody has been open for over 35 years.

Cody and Nedra Miller , along with their four children started the campground and swimming beach in 1972.  The property was originally the family farm purchased in 1963  and Lake Cody was created when US 30 was re-routed thru the dinning room.  Cody and Nedra sold the campground to their youngest daughter, Beth, in 1996.

Beth and Tim Spradlin, along with their three children currently own and operate the family campground.  (Bryan Lloyd, Megan Miller Lloyd, and  Reece Spradlin )

Lake Cody is a family friendly campground and our family works hard to help your family have a safe and enjoyable time.

The Campground sits on over 38 acres and has a 15 acre fully stocked lake. It is privately owned and a fishing license is not required. There is a large sandy beach and swimming area. Walk path, playground, sand volleyball and basketball court are there for your use.

Lake Cody is located 5 miles north of Lima, Ohio at the intersection of U.S. 30 and State Route 65 (Ottawa Rd).
